Our Community Habitat For Humanity- Wake County
Precision Walls, NAWIC & Women Build Participate in Habitat for Humanity Build Project 2011
Precision Walls, Inc., a member of the Raleigh Chapter of NAWIC (National Association of Women in Construction), volunteered as part of a larger effort to help with the Habitat for Humanity of Wake County Women Build project for 2011 for a wonderful homeowner named Elaine. The volunteers spent the second weekend of June building this year’s home.
NAWIC is an international association of women employed in the construction industry which promotes the industry and supports the advancement of women within it. The Raleigh Chapter 92 was chartered in June, 1964. It is a member of NAWIC Region 11, which encompasses the states of Virginia, North Carolina and South Carolina.
