Interior Drywall, Stucco with Creative Brick, EIFS, ACT, Metal Panels.
This is an all wood framed structure- 7 stories tall with parking and retail underneath and a built-in Harris Teeter where 409 unit renters/owners have direct elevator access. Project consisted of approximately 500,000 square feet of drywall and 185,000 square feet of Sto’s ¾” Powerwall Stucco system with a portion of the exterior incorporating Sto’s Creative Brick.
