Scope of work- Interior Metal Framing, Exterior Metal Framing, Insulation, Drywall, Acoustical Ceilings & Wall Panels, Demountable Partitions
This project consists of a 202,000-sq.-ft. ground up solid dose pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. The project includes, research labs, an auditorium, administrative space, clean rooms, and cafeteria. The exterior framing is covered entirely with metal panels and glass, and the drywall includes working with many curved and radius walls and soffits. The acosutical ceilings and specialties include Decoustics Dome Ceilings, Gordon -Millennium® Radius Wall Panels, Custom Curved Wood Ceilings, and Eurospan -Sound Panel Ceilings. The facility will be used to produce a solid dose version of Remodulin which is a drug used to treat cardio pulmonary hypertension. This project is an example of great Craftsmanship.
