The 160,000 sf one-story facility includes an 8,000 sf kitchen/cafeteria along with a 2,500 sf fitness center for the employees. In the wide open office space there are several bulkheads that occur in line with roof skylights and have sloped drywall sides with acoustical ceilings between them. Horizontal “fins” built from structural metal studs covered by composite metal panels were installed on the exterior.
