PPD (Pharmaceutical Product Development) selected Wilmington, NC to construct their worldwide corporate headquarters facility. PPD has office in 41 countries and employees over 10,000 professionals throughout their corporation. The project is a 12 story, 300,000 square foot office facility. In addition to housing all operational functions of the corporation, the building contains a 10,000 square foot fitness facility, an onsite cafeteria, a state of the art conference center connected to all worldwide locations of PPD, as well as the executive office for the Corporate Leadership team. This is the tallest structure in Wilmington and is quickly becoming one of the city’s landmarks.
