COMMERCIAL DRYWALL SALES ESTIMATOR
The Commercial Drywall Sales Estimator's responsibilities include: establish new accounts by outside selling, preparing estimates, and servicing established customers. FOREMAN
The Foreman leads a team of workers and is expected to use his/her experience and expertise to make safety, customer/team relationships, personnel development, quality and productivity their number one priority to insure that they meet or beat the schedule. The Foreman is responsible for their crew and any assigned subcontractors to peform to Precision Walls' established standards.  The Foreman is expected to carry tools and assist with the work and train as necessary. Candidate is primarily responsible for scheduling, workface planning, coordinating, supervising, assisting in cost control and ensuring the safety, quality and adherence to company policy and procedures. Candidate should have a strong work ethic, the ability to work as a team, leadership, teaching and customer service skills. Must have at least 3-5 years commecial drywall experience. DRYWALL FRAMER/HANGER MECHANIC
The Drywall Framer/Hanger Mechanic is primarily responsible for metal stud framing, layout and drywall installation. Candidate should be production minded and understand simple blueprints/shop drawings; have a strong work ethic, and have the ability to work as a team. DRYWALL FINISHING MECHANIC
The Drywall Finishing Mechanic is a leader for their Helper(s) and primarily seals joints between plasterboard and other wall boards to prepare the wall surface for painting/papering. Candidate should be production minded and have knowledge of hand tools and automatic finishing tools; have a strong work ethic, the ability to work as a team. The Mechanic is responsible for training their Helper(s) on a daily basis while simultaneously learning as much as they can to further promote themselves. ACOUSTICAL CEILING MECHANIC
The Acoustical Ceiling Mechanic is a leader for their Helper(s) and is primarily responsible for framing, layout and acoustical tile installation. Candidate should be production minded and understand simple blueprints/shop drawings; have a strong work ethic, and have the ability to work as a team. SUPERINTENDENT
The Superintendent has the responsibility of supervising the construction project and ensures that the quality of work and materials is upheld and the budget is followed as planned. The position ensures that the workers are implementing what is on the design plan and ensures that labor meets manpower budget. Responsible for inspecting work in progress to ensure workmanship conforms to job specifications and meets Precision Walls quality standards. Duties and Responsibilities: Ensuring that both the health and safety project plans are implemented, Being on site to oversee all the construction process, Ensuring that the budget is followed in terms of purchases and wages, Organizing the workers and ensuring that they are performing as required, Recording the total costs for materials bought and payments for work done, General inspection of the workers and their performance and safety, ensuring that the stipulated safety rules and regulations are met, Follows the project construction process to ensure that it is completed in time, supervises the subcontractors and ensures that they are punctual and that they deliver, ensure that quality is preserved in the construction process and that the budget is maintained, and enforce company policies at all times. The Superintendent is responsible for the personnel development by managing field foremen and the recruitment, selection, placement, and evaluation of all assigned individuals both employees and subcontractors. Skills and Specifications: Ability to supervise, Ability to schedule and multitask, Knowledgeable in building and construction, and be a good problem solver. Must have at least 7-10 years commercial drywall experience.
