The process starts with our skilled designers and draftsmen working in conjunction with your architect to design the desired exterior appearance of your building. With the design stage complete, our staff then generates the fabrication drawings for each individual panel. Once we have completed this process we begin fabrication where sheets of the composite material are cut into the required size to form your panels. These are then sent to the fabrication area where they are formed into the appropriate shaped panels as shown on the drawings. Each individual panel is marked and labeled to ensure proper placement on the building to complete the cladding process.

We offer several types of systems designed to fit your needs. The "Rout & Return DSS-1000" system is the traditional with backer rod and sealant at the panel joints. Our "Dryseal CEG DSS-3000" system is an open joint system with concealed gasketing to provide a dramatic shadow line at the panel joint. The popular "Rain-Screen DSS-5000" rounds out the field of five different systems to choose from.
