Precision Walls is governed by the concept that Safety is a basic human right. We have designed our Safety Program with help and guidance from OSHA. They are our partner. We have taken our Safety Program a step forward in order to be proactive with protecting our employees and enhancing our Safety Program so we can be at the top in our industry. We will never cut corners or underfund our Safety Program to save a few dollars. Why? The simple reason is we want every one of our employees to go home to their family safe at the end of the day.
Precision Walls has one of the best Safety records in the industry. Our current low Experience Modification Rating (EMR) of .70 is a result of our award-winning Safety program which is based on “target zero incidents” and a “drug-free workplace”. We consistently exceed 1 million man hours without lost time accidents. Recognized as a clean contractor “nothing hits the floor” our in-house Safety department oversees and ensures compliance with rigorous standards. Our ongoing education and training includes bilingual strategies and programs.
